16 | The Jewelr y Book T HE START OF A NEW YEAR always brings new hope, goals, objectives, and resolutions. Surrounding myself with like-minded people who strive to do their best is my ultimate goal for the 2025. How lucky I am to be surrounded by our jewelry community, one so rich in tradition, hard work, and beauty? is year, I look forward to producing additional digital editorial every month and sharing stories of success about our community of designers/manufacturers, retailers, and organizations. I see it as a TJB community—a consistent connection to inspire and spark new ideas that can work for your business, as well as the current trends and designs that are always evolving. e beginning of the year is always fun as we look forward to viewing new designs at the Centurion Show and searching for gems at the AGTA GemFair. Of course, the personal relationships we have within the industry is what makes us so special—connections that span many years, as well as the trust between retailers and their vendors which so oen is a bond sealed only by a handshake. is type of trust with which we work every day, is the same connection that trickles down from the retailer to the customer, creating a long-lasting bond and a repeat customer relationship, a relationship that is oentimes passed along to the next generation. anking your customers and showing basic etiquette is a must, and that is what I want to instill today by thanking my loyal team, clients, and friends, for such a spectacular year. You are all so appreciated by me. Wishing you all Health, Happiness and Success in 2025.
