Our sisterhood is truly unmatched, and this role has only deepened my appreciation for how this chapter comes together. Seeing my Kappa sisters support and uplift one another, whether through a listening ear or a simple act of kindness, was the highlight of my term. I am a better person because of this experience, and I am so thankful for the opportunity to serve on Kappa Leadership. It has been a truly sweet and rewarding journey. ASHLEY ADAMS: MEMBERSHIP ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR I have been so honored to serve Delta Sigma as Membership Engagement Director! This position has been both fun and rewarding, pushing me to think creatively and step outside the box. I was able to ensure our members stayed engaged throughout the year while also bringing the chapter together and maintaining high morale. Throughout my term, I had the privilege of planning a variety of sisterhood events, where I witnessed firsthand the strong friendships Kappa fosters. Last February, I collaborated with Cameron Hill, our philanthropy director, to host a Valentine's-themed event in honor of the American Heart Association's Wear Red Day. The girls wrote thank-you cards for the staff at Stillwater Medical Hospital and local veterans. It was heartwarming to see everyone come together to create such meaningful messages, enjoy cupcakes, and chat with one another. Another highlight was a charm necklace-making event, which was definitely my favorite of the term. The girls had so much fun selecting charms that represented their personalities and putting together their own custom necklaces. I still see girls wearing these necklaces today, and it truly warms my heart that they love them so much. During work week, we had a country-themed day, and I organized a petting zoo at Theta Pond, complete with bunnies, sheep, goats, horses, a cow, a llama, and even fluffy chickens! It was the perfect way to de-stress during the busy work week and spend time with some adorable animals. Before classes began in August, I hosted a back-to- school event where the girls could pick up school supplies like Kappa pencil bags, pens, post-it notes, and highlighters. It was a fun way to kick off the school year with new supplies and spending time together. During Kappa Kindness Week, I planned a painting event to help the girls unwind. I provided several creative prompts to inspire their artwork and get their creativity flowing, which was a great addition to the week's activities. 22
