A WORD FROM OUR PRESIDENT I had the honor of serving as the Delta Sigma Chapter President this past year. I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude for the opportunity to serve our incredible sisterhood. This past year has been a whirlwind of growth, challenges, and triumphs. I've been honored to lead such a dedicated and passionate group of women! Our members have not only excelled academically but have also made significant contributions to our community. Our chapter won the Dean Zelma Patchin Award for College & Community Service; raised over $15,000 for Active Minds, the American Heart Association, and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation; placed third in grades across all Panhellenic chapters; and won many Greek community competitions, including Sigma Chi Derby Days and Greek Olympics. Two of our members were also chosen to serve on the Panhellenic Executive Council this upcoming year, one of them even serving as Panhellenic President. I know they will make Kappa proud! In addition to the many on-campus activities we participated in this year, a group of Delta Sigma women and I attended Kappa's 75th Biennial Convention in Phoenix, Arizona, this past summer. I had the privilege of being selected to serve on the Resolutions Committee, where I learned even more about our amazing sisterhood from extraordinary women. As many accomplishments as our chapter had this year, we also had so much fun. One of the most amazing experiences this year happened in November. A remarkable alumna, Linda Patton, connected with her good friend and KKG Fraternity President, Elizabeth Bailey, to organize a weekend visit at Delta Sigma. Our executive team had the opportunity to have dinner with Elizabeth and participate in discussions about the future of our chapter, and our whole leadership team asked questions and got to know her more during a round table discussion. Our entire chapter had the privilege of hearing Elizabeth talk about our fraternity's state and future goals. Getting to know Elizabeth and other alumnae more during this weekend was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences I've had serving as President, and it's something I know our whole chapter will remember for years to come! Delta Sigma women are extraordinary, bold, and kind. I know they will keep doing amazing things and continue the legacy of Dreaming Boldly and Living Fully. It has been an honor to serve a sisterhood that has given me so much during my years at Oklahoma State and hopefully make all of you proud as well. All my Love and Loyalty, Liv Kopang PC '22 OLIVIA KOPANG 3
