SIGMA PHI EPSILON 3 FROM THE HEART Brothers camp along the Michigan dunes and further their bonds on an overnight trip in September. Activities included swimming, talking by the campfire, and cooking. I ndiana Alpha Chapter has continued to demonstrate excellence across various fronts this semester officially regaining our charter! With an on-campus membership of 62, including 20 new members, our chapter has successfully integrated a new group of balanced men. These new members have quickly embraced our values, contributing to the fraternity and engaging with SigEp values. Watch all members celebrate together by scanning the QR code on page 4. Additionally, we piloted a new member development program, which has been met with enthusiasm and success. This initiative is aimed at enhancing personal growth and leadership skills, ensuring every brother has the tools needed to thrive within and beyond our chapter. Our member development program has also added scholarships to further reward our high-preforming brothers and express appreciation for chapter commitment. We recently hosted two successful and fully compliant social functions, ensuring we maintained a safe and enjoyable environment for our brothers and guests. These events have strengthened us in the Greek community and further established our presence as a high- growth fraternity. A highlight of the semester so far was the Canes and Canines Philanthropy event, which we hosted in collaboration with Alpha Omicron Pi. This initiative raised over $4,000, showcasing our commitment to service and giving back to the community. The event not only brought attention to a worthy cause but also built a relationship with Alpha Omicron Pi to further work together for future events. On the academic front, Indiana Alpha continues to set the standard, having once again topped the cumulative GPA for the Interfraternity Council. This achievement reflects our ongoing dedication to academic excellence, demonstrating that our brothers are committed not just to fraternity life but also to excelling in the classroom. In terms of brotherhood, we organized a successful retreat focused on strengthening the bonds among our members. This event offered a chance for our brothers to come together in a meaningful way, reinforcing the core values that drive Sigma Phi Epsilon. Overall, Indiana Alpha chapter continues to lead by example, excelling in academics, philanthropy, brotherhood, and personal development. Thank you for supporting us as we continue on this path toward excellence! At SigEp's landmark leadership program, they spent five days learning leadership principles and how to lead and inspire positive change in their chapters and beyond. Attendees were mentored by executive-level alumni mentors and engaged with brothers from across the country. Thanks to the generosity of alumni and donors, brothers created actionable takeaways to lead their chapters and grow as individuals for years to come.
