THE TOMAHAWK 3 Theta Chi at ISU Primed for Success ALPHA MU AIMS HIGH FOR FRATERNAL PROGRESS A s we have heard many times, Theta Chi at Iowa State has been on the rise over the past couple semesters. Our recruitment efforts have outpaced anything that alumni or advisors can recall in recent memory, and we are in the process of experiencing the benefits of such unprecedented growth. Alpha Mu has been more active in the Iowa State and Greek communities than I or anyone I've talked to has ever seen. This allows us to build our identity and shape the chapter into what we want to be and represent. The potential that the chapter has over this upcoming year is exciting because it may show whether our recent success has been an anomaly or if we can continue to grow and capitalize on it. If we continue to capitalize on our numerical growth, we will be in an incredible position to grow in different areas like academics or leadership positions on campus. It goes without saying that the position we are in today with a full, 44-person house deserves celebration. This has been many years in the making, and we are confident about the next era of leadership. Much appreciation is due for the alumni who have supported us from behind the scenes and paved the way for us now. Allow me to finish by saying that the position we are in now is only the beginning for the next chapter of Alpha Mu. We are confident about the next group of leaders' abilities and passion to continue to see the chapter thrive and grow. I think it is safe to say that the best is yet to come for us at Iowa State, and I am excited to see where the chapter is headed in the next couple years.
