Balanced Man Program ...
The Balanced Man Program was built to be the center of the SigEp Chapter experience and provide members the
framework to be successful during and after college. It is a built for brothers to discover their passions and plan their
future. This professional development program spans through their college years and focuses on developing personal,
academic, leadership, and professional skills. Based on the values of Sigma Phi Epsilon, the Balanced Man Program is
preparing our members to be leaders on campus and in their professional future.
