OREGON BETA CHAPTER | PAGE 5 THE FUTURE OF OREGON BETA O regon Beta is chartering the next chapter in our story. Undergraduates are developing a new experience and generation of SigEps at University of Oregon. The AVC recognizes the need to build a new house to ensure the success of Oregon Beta for the future. Continuing Our Excellence Oregon Beta members are energized and ready to be a great influence at UO. We are striving to provide updated areas that our members will enjoy, including rooftop gathering areas, study spaces, and hangout areas as well as the curb appeal of the house that enables us to maximize our competitive edge. Competition at Oregon As we continue to reestablish our legacy at Oregon, it is important to ensure our house on campus is providing a premier experience. We want to make sure we are offering luxury amenities with competing Fraternities and other off-campus living options. This project will raise the standard of living for our members and be enticing to potential members. Preserving Oregon Beta History Our home at 1000 Alder will be a home we remember for the rest of time, just as we have remembered 849 E. 11th Avenue. While SigEp at Oregon is going to have a new address, alumni will be excited to note some special Oregon Beta traditions that will come along. This will include the Sigma Phi Epsilon seal from 1000 Alder, the "8th Brick" from the dining room, and the signature SigEp red door. Honoring the past while forging the future is truly at the heart of this project for Oregon Beta.
