Balanced Man Program ... The Balanced Man Program was built to be the center of the SigEp Chapter experience and provide members the framework to be successful during and after college. It is a built for brothers to discover their passions and plan their future. This professional development program spans through their college years and focuses on developing personal, academic, leadership, and professional skills. Based on the values of Sigma Phi Epsilon, the Balanced Man Program is preparing our members to be leaders on campus and in their professional future. Since their return in fall 2023, they have worked with the national organization, the university, and the Alumni Volunteer Corporation (AVC) to cultivate a fraternal program that alumni are proud of and the men are ready to execute. The Balanced Man Program and the Mentor Board are two programs that have been implemented to ensure the future of Oregon Beta is bright.
