A Strategic Plan for Every SigEp RAISE YOUR BAR W e are excited to unveil a new vision for Sigma Phi Epsilon: Raise Your Bar, a strategic plan that sets a bold vision. This initiative is designed for every SigEp and invites every member—undergraduates, alumni, parents, and donors—to unite in our mission of Building Balanced Men. Within the plan is a call to action: to reclaim our title as the largest and best fraternity on every campus we plant the SigEp flag. Through increased volunteer support and financial investment at New Jersey Beta, we will create vital development opportunities that foster growth for future generations. The plan challenges us to meet the needs of this and future generations of young men with development opportunities essential to success. This collective effort will strengthen our brotherhood and create lasting leadership and personal growth opportunities like never before. Let's work hand in hand to elevate our fraternity to new heights and inspire future generations to carry the SigEp legacy forward. Your commitment and involvement at New Jersey Beta are essential to this mission! Scan the QR code or visit sigep.org/strategicplan to learn more! Many of the undergraduates spent summer break gaining experience from internships! Paolo Cucchi '25 worked as a marketing strategy intern at Untitled Export, a business that provides consultant services for music artists. "I spent my time working on social media strategies, researching, and learning about behavior techniques. It was also interesting to see firsthand the flow of the music industry, and it has inspired me to continue this path professionally." Faiz Motorwala '25 interned in assistant planning at Ross Stores Inc. "The internship was an unforgettable experience. I learned many new skills, including retail accounting and business analytics. Working at Ross also gave me exposure to new experiences such as living in a metropolitan city and working in a corporate environment." Nick Barron '25 was a supply chain analyst intern at Universal Supply Company of US LBM. "Working at Universal Supply has been a fantastic experience! I have seen myself grow professionally due to the people-oriented and continuous growth culture." Other members with internships included: Shawn Benson '24 | Prudential, Financial advisor Will Briney '27 | CVS Pharmacy, Technician Ensar Cakir '26 | Vadi Kurumsal Bilgi Sistemleri, Software engineering Arnav Dashaputra '24 | Rutgers Office of Information Technology, Labs technician Brandon Hernandez '24 | Prudential, Financial advisor Ziyad Ibrahim '24 | Rutgers IDEA, Data analyst Joshua Israel '27 | Rutgers IDEA/Sparta Pharmacy, Project advisor/pharmacy technician Keith Jeranek '25 | Robert Wood Johnson, Pharmacy technician Luke Krumich '26 | Sussex County Community College, Recruiting coordinator Kyle Lauture '25 | Syncarpha Capital, Development intern Lanz Le Roux '25 | Trane Technologies, Operations intern Caleb Lucks-Moser '24 | Enterprise Mobility, Management trainee Rut Mehta '25 | T-Mobile, AI intern Jordan Melendi '25 | Syneos Health Recruitment, Marketing intern Brandon Missouri '26 | HomeWorks RSSI Program, Marketing intern Joe Pallis '25 | NJ DEP, Grant researcher Mit Patel '24 | Diya Care Inc., Data analyst Alex Patino '25 | Rutgers Emergency Services, Fire safety inspector Freddy Ramos '24 | Bloomberg, Data analyst intern S U M M E R I N T E R N S H I P R O U N D - U P GaininG Real-WoRld expeRience Building Brotherhood Two undergraduates, Josh Israel '27 and Riley Corcoran '25, attended and represented Rutgers at the highest level! This is an outstanding investment for the AVC, and I can't say enough how valuable it is and how talented these guys are. Josh was not in my group, but since we knew each other, we were able to connect at various points. He always has a positive attitude and a passion for SigEp. Riley was in my group of 20 brothers, so I got to know him well. Riley was also one of two named "Outstanding Brother" by his peers. Unfortunately for us, he is a senior and he doesn't have much time left with New Jersey Beta, but I can't say enough how highly I think of him. Sometimes we put time, effort, and money into the undergraduates and question if it is worth it. I can say without a doubt this program changes young men's lives. At the pass of the gavel on Saturday, undergraduates were in tears over the impact the four-day program had. I, for one, will be sure to continue supporting SigEp not just locally but also nationally. Fraternally, Philip Patrick '88 (Continued from page 1)
