Save e Date Homecoming 2024 October 19 W ith great pride, we announce that at the recent General Assembly, Alpha- Omicron Chapter was honored with the Phoenix Award. This prestigious recognition is bestowed upon a chapter that has shown exceptional progress in overall operations for a minimum of three consecutive years, reflecting growth in membership, quality programming, and enhanced risk management. It celebrates chapters that embody the spirit of Lambda Chi Alpha by rising above challenges to achieve excellence. The Phoenix Award symbolizes the culmination of a movement driven by numerous undergraduates and alumni who have dedicated extensive resources, including time and energy, to ensure the continued advancement of AO. In addition, Jeff Morris '85, CFO of Lambda Chi's Office of Administration, was initiated as an honorary member of Alpha-Omicron Zeta and of Lambda Chi Alpha. This honor is another example of the chapter moving in the right direction. While the contributors to this achievement span generations and are too many to list individually, we extend a call to all AO alumni to join this ongoing movement and become actively involved. Whether by joining the alumni board, contributing to the House Corporation or Educational Foundation, or planning events (like the upcoming Centennial Celebration of our historic house at 1210 E. 3rd Street or the alumni golf event), your participation is crucial! Your involvement will not only honor our past achievements but also shape the future of Alpha-Omicron Chapter, ensuring we continue to thrive and uphold the values of Lambda Chi Alpha for years to come.
