W
ith the success of Building a Tradition of Excellence
campaign, we want to continue our story to the
next chapter of Gamma Theta. We are eternally grateful
for the 242 men who donated to the last campaign,
helping us raise $2.34 million in support of our house
renovation and addition.
Now is the time to look ahead. Gamma Theta House
Corporation has solid plans to combat our current
challenges and needs.
DEBT RETIREMENT
GOAL: REDUCE BY $500,000
This debt reduction is crucial because the renewal

interest rate, which could lead to a budget shortfall.
Addressing this debt now will help mitigate the
financial impact and ensure stability for the future.
HOUSE RENOVATIONS
GOAL: RAISE $1,000,000
• New windows in sunroom
• New windows in living room
• New windows in the bedrooms
• Tuckpointing of the limestone
ESTIMATED TOTAL PROJECT COST:
$1.5 MILLION
