THE DRAGON'S WAGON
W
e are making a full Beta brotherhood push to get alumni to the Harrison Street Beta house
before the football game. With a 3:30 p.m. kickoff, meeting at the Beta house from noon
to 2:30 p.m. will allow alumni to see the house, meet some of the undergraduates, and reconnect
with Beta alumni across many decades. Gamma Psi will turn 75 in 2025, so we have much to
celebrate and pay respect for to those who built this path for us. For many of us, it has been years
since we have reconnected. This event is the perfect opportunity to make this happen.
I know I can say with confidence that being a Beta at MSU changed all our lives for the
better. The goal of this event is to reconnect Beta brothers and to celebrate the success of our
youngest brothers. As you can see from the president's report by Alexander Ziouras '26 on
page 3, under the E-Board leadership of previous President Ethan Leadbetter '24 and that of
Alex's E-Board, the guys set goals and crushed them. There is strong, positive momentum at
Gamma Psi, and we want to support these efforts.
WHY SEPTEMBER 14 AND NOT HOMECOMING?
Simply put: weather and opportunity. September football games typically have warmer weather,
and with Michigan State playing Prairie View A&M, unlike Big Ten games, tickets should be
much easier to obtain. We are not organizing a block of tickets, yet we highly encourage brothers
to get mini blocks of tickets together (for those who are not season ticket holders).
See you on September 14. Once a Beta, always a Beta!
Yours in -kai-,
