PAGE 4 Setting Xi Xi Apart T o remain competitive on campus, we are seeking alumni to help contribute to rebuilding our beloved Chapter to ensure the next generation of Xi Xi Brothers are set up for success. P e o p l e To ensure that the next generation of Xi Xi men have the same opportunities we had, we need your help to build up our scholarship fund to ensure we can recruit great men regardless of financial background and reward active brothers for their contributions to the Chapter. Without great people, our brotherhood would cease to exist. e bonds we have made would not be there and our lives would never be impacted by the memories we shared together. is scholarship fund will allow us to find the right men— leaders on campus—to guide our Chapter back to success while creating the bonds that make us Sigma Chis. P u r p o s e It is our purpose as alumni to foster the next generation of leaders the right way. While we have tried this before, we have learned from our mistakes and intend to make Sigma Chi's purpose a center point of the colony and new Chapter moving forward. With your help investing in the colony, we can help the young men be officially installed as Xi Xi in fall 2024. We will pay off the remaining Chapter debt and build a reserve fund that allows the Chapter and Alumni Association to never have to worry about unforeseen costs that may arise. P l a c e 500 S. College Avenue is a crown jewel at Mizzou that needs polishing before we move back in fall 2025. Part of this polish will include updating the house following Delta Chi moving out. Lastly, we plan to convert some of the rooms into common and study spaces, reducing the number of beds in the house to keep the Chapter tightknit. Also, with less active members, alumni will be able to offer more support as the ratio of Alumni Association members to active brothers increases.
