Renovate powder room for guests.
Update and expand bedrooms, hallways, and
bathroom to follow ADA guidelines.
Add memorial library to honor the life of former
G.H. Riley Watkins '23.
Add front ramp to allow for increased
accessibility and access to front porch.
Unite both original properties with front
porch addition, providing increased outdoor
entertaining space and a connection between
the front lawn and Franklin Street..
