RETAILOBSERVER.COM MAY 2024 18 ELMIRA STOVE WORKS INTRODUCES INDUCTION RANGES TO THEIR PRODUCT LINEUP Classic vintage styling with the speed and convenience of induction Elmira Stove Works, leading manufacturer of premium vintage- style appliances, debuts induction cooktops in three popular range models. The addition of induction ranges expands the Elmira product line and provides customers with a more dynamic cooking experience. Elmira's list of range options now includes induction, natural gas, liquid propane, dual fuel, and radiant electric. Each range is available in a selection of not-so-standard colors, and over 200 custom colors. As consumers continue to enhance sustainability in their homes, induction has become the go-to for quick heat, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness. Elmira is excited about looking to the future of kitchen design while maintaining the tradition of craftmanship and classic styling from yesteryear. "We are pleased to add induction cooktops to our lineup of pro- style kitchen ranges," said Tony Dowling, Elmira's vice president of sales and marketing. "This new offering allows Elmira to continue delivering premium vintage-inspired appliances equipped with today's most in-demand technology." Induction cooktops are available in the 1954-IN-C model from Elmira's Northstar Collection. The 30-inch range includes a cooktop with four 180 mm coils. The cooktop has retro front knob power controls and Flex Zone technology that can heat a rectangular pan with up to 3700 watts. It also features a residual heat indicator, pot detection, and safety shutoff, and a 4.0-cubic- foot self-cleaning true convection oven. Upgrade options for this model include an optional 2.0 cubic foot under-oven warmer. Elmira's Heritage Collection offers two induction range options — the 30-inch four-burner 1850-IN-C, and the 45-inch 6-burner 1855-IN-C. Burner power ranges from 1400 to 1600 watts, with boosts up to 2700 watts. Additional features include residual heat indicators, pot detection, safety shutoff, child safety lock, and timer. A 2.0-cubic-foot side warmer is a standard feature on the 45-inch model. Finally, each induction range includes a 4.0 cubic foot self-cleaning true convection oven.
