PAGE 3 FKQ FKQ Congratulations, December 2023 Graduates! Welcome to our newest Iowa Xi alumni members. Evan Couch '23 | Evanston, Ill. Management Information Systems Traveling around Europe for a few months before moving to NYC to pursue a career in finance. Nathan VanHandel '23 | Rosemount, Minn. Accounting Served in U.S. Army. Moving to Denver to start a career as a tax staff accountant with Eide Bailly and pursue his CPA license. Marty Kline '23 | Downers Grove, Ill. Civil Engineering Moving back home to Chicagoland to start a career as an engineering consultant for TKDA, where he will be working on BNSF rail yards in Chicago. Blake Juszczyk '23 | Antioch, Ill. Mechanical Engineering Moving to Waterloo and looking for engineering opportunities there. Annual General Meeting – Fall 2023 T he 2023 Annual General Meeting was held on November 5 in conjunction with Iowa State's Homecoming game. Sincerest thanks to the three Alumni Chapter board directors whose terms ended in 2023. All will serve for one more year on the board as directors emeritus: Cory Millmier '12 Greg Burgess '11 Lane Crosser '85 Additionally, Iowa Xi unanimously elected three new Alumni Chapter board directors: Manni Balignasay '01 Lawson Townley '21 Davis Arbogast '18 All newly elected alumni chapter board members will serve three-year terms. Following the meeting, the new board of directors met and elected Manni Balignasay as the new president of the Alumni Chapter.
