Monitors the financial health of the house.
• Works with the accountant to prepare financial reports and tax returns.
• CPA firm handles bills and account reconciliation.
• Recommends budget forecasts and pricing.
• Monitors bank balances and transactions.
Skills/Knowledge
• Knowledge of bank and financial statements and planning/financial management skills.
Estimated time commitment: 3-4 hours/month
SECRETARY
Responsible for official documents of HCB.
• Prepares and circulates HCB meeting minutes.
• Responsible for all official correspondence.
