Email: mitchao1421@gmail.com T he chapter welcomed 50 mothers of current brothers and new associate members to the house to celebrate an annual tradition that captures our values of gratitude, unity, and friendship. This wonderful event proves that Lambda Chi Alpha is more than just a fraternity— it's a family. From dawn till dusk, the weekend offered each mom a slice of the LXA experience. The festivities began on Friday with a warm welcome to our honored guests. We then enjoyed a delicious pasta dinner made with love by Jami. For many, this was a trip down memory lane as well as an opportunity to make new acquaintances. On Saturday, moms and sons embarked on a full campus tour that culminated with a visit to the legendary Assembly Hall, a shrine of basketball history. The afternoon saw a more serene activity—yoga. Led by an experienced instructor, the class provided a tranquil reprieve, refocusing our energies as we prepared for the activities still ahead. An event unto its own, the group painting class provided another type of exercise—self-expression. The weekend concluded with a live performance at the Bluebird where Lucas Hallal '25 and his band, Street Pennies, rocked the house. Their music, a fusion of nostalgia and contemporary beats, got everyone on their feet for "Magic Carpet Ride!" Mom's Weekend was also an opportunity to give back and support causes close to our hearts. The silent auction was a monumental success, as through the generosity of bidders and the dedication of our volunteers, we raised a staggering $2,200! For the undergraduates, this weekend was truly an amazing opportunity to show gratitude and honor the women who have shaped their lives. Brothers and their mothers enjoy a backstage visit to Assembly Hall. Harold Mumby Level ($500 and above) Doug Hannoy '83 Joel Trusty '84 Eric Mantel '04 William T.
