Page 4 A key aspect that sets Beta apart at UT is our commitment to professional and academic achievement. Among our peers, we are renowned as the Fraternity whose members excel in the classroom and the workforce. No other Fraternity can boast as much success in internships and post-college careers as Texas Beta. This is one of the many reasons why these men chose to join Beta Omicron, and we are incredibly proud of their hard work. We hope this list demonstrates that the culture and individuals of Beta Omicron are achieving remarkable things. Charlie Campbell '24 worked as an analytics intern for the Burlington Bees baseball team. Simon Ruiz '24 worked at Expedia Group as a Commercial Account Management Intern. Grayson Merritt '24 interned as a technical business manager at AT&T's Dallas headquarters, where he did big data analysis. Athul Nair '24 interned at Harvard Medical School in Boston, working on creating machine learning models to identify organelles in 3D volumetric microscope images. Robert Beals '24 interned at LJA Engineering in program management. Akhil Thomas '24 was an audit intern for KPMG in San Francisco, working with big tech clients in the Bay Area such as DoorDash and Dolby Laboratories. Ethan Maloney '24 interned at FORVIS and began working on an NBA Coaching research project with the Texas Business of Sports Institute. He also traveled to Ireland, Scotland, and England with his father. Leo Zapata '24 interned at Moreland Properties on the Eric Moreland Group team in the position of client concierge assistant and realtor. Grant Kieschnick '24 was a strategy intern at Big Commerce, making a data-driven model to predict whether a company would leave the service. Justin Tran '24 interned at Lockheed Martin under aeronautics sustainment, receiving a full- time offer at the end of his internship. Long Tran '24 worked at Dun and Bradstreet as a security engineer intern. The Tran brothers also studied abroad in Japan! Cole Smylie '24 interned at John Deere with the Intelligent Solutions Group in Des Moines, Iowa. Tarun Rajanala '25 was a software development intern at Coro Health. Luis Cervantes '25 interned at Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis. Josh Bedingfield '25 saw Europe through the lens of WW2 during the Normandy Scholars Program at UT. He traveled to London, Normandy, Paris, Warsaw, and Berlin. He also lived with a Spanish host family and took classes at the University of Granada in Granada, Spain. Efrat Pinandito '25 served as an inland marine intern at Sompo International. Mark Bugos '25 interned at Kiewit as an EPC contractor at their Houston office. Felipe Jofre '25 was a student technician at Applied Research Laboratories, working the Department of Defense on code for autonomous submarines. Nick Whelan '25 was a data intern with the City of San Antonio Workforce Development Office. Josh Zeller '25 was a chemical engineering intern for Chevron Phillips Chemical Company in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Charles Miele '25 was a summer research intern at Columbia Business School, helping with a finance project on venture capital and startups. Brenden Elgarten '25 interned at NVIDIA in Santa Clara under the AI Developer Technology team. Shrey Gupta '26 interned in software engineering at Raytheon, working on Project Mars for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Nick Bartlett '26 worked as an operations and manufacturing engineering intern for Nextern Inc. in Minnesota. Sashi Ayyalasomayajula '26 spent his summer learning about numerous topics in astronomy and the underlying physics of various astronomical phenomena as well as machine learning and deep learning algorithms. The goal for his research group is to think of ways to combine astronomy and machine learning. Ethan Maciel '26 interned at the Greater Brownsville Incentives Corporation, working to grow the local economy in Brownsville, Texas. Carter Vu '26 was the head of the Dallas recruitment team, where he met and talked with over 100 recruits and gained more than 10 signees from the DFW area. Graesen Redding '26 interned at Intellectus Corp. in Seoul, South Korea, conducting market research and analyzing data. Summer Growth for Beta
