choosing to go to college, and for those that do, retention and graduation rates are falling. Young
men need a stronger support system, a group of brothers, now more than ever before. Theta Chi
uniquely serves that purpose at Drake University.
ENROLLMENT CLIFF
Due to demographic shifts and birthrates, there are projected to be
one million less students attending college campuses throughout the
next decade.
Drake's undergraduate enrollment is down 17% (500 less students)
since 2013.
Male enrollment at Drake is down 15% (300 less men) since 2013.
YOUNG MEN NEED SUPPORT
There are few places on a college campus where young men can get the direction, education,
support, and mentorship they need to thrive. Theta Chi provides young men this important guidance.
