Siebkens Resort is a landmark, turn-of-the-century resort
established by Laura and Herman Siebken in 1916. This
unique, family-owned property offers relaxed surroundings

Siebkens Resort offers several lodging options. The resort
offers 30 European-sized guest rooms located in two historic
Siebkens Resort hotel buildings: The Elm Park Hotel and The
Lake Cottage. Each of the 30 historic hotel rooms is unique,
offering a variety of sleeping options.
The Siebkens Resort Condominium Building is perfect for
guests wanting modern convenience combined with the
grace and charm of years past. The Condominium Building
has balcony hotel rooms and one, two, or three bedroom
condominiums with open concept floor plans, private
balconies, fireplaces, full kitchens, and dining areas.
Siebkens Resort is home to the world-renowned Stop-Inn
Tavern. Touted as the "best bar on the racing circuit," the
Stop-Inn Tavern serves famous Siebkens Sandwiches from
its Sandwich Bar along with a full Tavern Menu during the
racing season. Cherished by generations of guests for its
lively atmosphere and inviting ambience, the Stop-Inn Tavern
is Elkhart Lake's most popular evening gathering spot. Enjoy
live music on the Siebkens Bandstand adjacent to the Stop-
Inn Tavern during summer months.
P.A.M.'s Dining Room & Cocktail Bar, named after former
owner/chef Pam Lueck (whose maiden name was Patricia
Anne Moeller). Old World charm meets a vibrant, seasonal
dinner menu deliciously prepared for a one-of-a-kind dining
experience. Find the "secret" Cocktail Bar within P.A.M.'s
for expertly crafted libations. P.A.M.'s is often described as
Elkhart Lake's most beautiful venue and is the perfect setting
for weddings, banquets, reunions, or any special event.
