A SISTERHOOD OF EXCELLENCE THETA OMEGA 3 PHILANTHROPY EXCELLENCE: Our dedication to philanthropy shone brightly as we qualified for the biggest philanthropy event on campus, Rock Chalk Revue, a prestigious musical competition, which hasn't happened in over seven years. In preparation for the competition, RCR Directors Emily DeMars '21, Anna Blumenthal '21, and Lindsey Schmidt '21, will tirelessly choreograph and produce a show called "Bringin' Back Boogie." Moreover, during our "20K in a Day" event for St. Jude, organized by Director of Philanthropy Bailey Bowles '21, who also was named Director of Philanthropy of the Year 2023, we successfully raised an astounding $47,000 in just 24 hours, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to making a positive impact. GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP: With a forward-looking approach and a motivated operations team, the Governing Documents Committee, which consists of Vice President of Operations, Izzy Gonzalez '22, Director of Administration Madeline Camp '22, and Chapter President Seville Croker '20, updated our bylaws that had remained untouched for years, ensuring that our chapter's structure aligns with our current goals and values. Additionally, two of our esteemed members were elected to the Panhellenic Association executive board, with Hailey Meggers '21 serving as the PHA president and Amelia Devries '21 as the director of community service and philanthropy, representing Tri Delta with distinction. As we reflect on the remarkable achievements of this semester, we owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to our exceptional backbone: the newly incorporated advisor team. This distinguished team comprises our alumna advisor, Bronwyn Troxel '13, membership experience advisor, Bridget Hardgree White '92, community relations advisor, Noreen Checchi Dupriest '92, and operations advisor, Sue Cooper Forbes '93. Their unwavering support and guidance have been integral to our accomplishments, propelling us forward as a chapter. As we celebrate these victories, it's equally important to look ahead and set new aspirations for the future. We've achieved significant milestones, yet there's always room to grow and elevate our chapter. F U T U R E G O A L S I N F O C U S ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE: We are committed to increasing our chapter GPA to a commendable 3.5. With collective dedication and support from Vice President of Chapter Programming and Development Meredith Talbott '21 and Director of Academic Excellence Ava Rinklin '21, we strive to create an environment that nurtures scholastic success while maintaining our strong sisterhood. MAINTAINING EXCELLENCE IN MEMBERSHIP: We aspire to continue our momentum by remaining at our current total. This goal speaks to our commitment to welcoming new members while valuing the quality and integrity of our sisterhood. ENHANCED CAMPUS INVOLVEMENT: Strengthening the involvement of Tri Delta sisters across campus is a key objective. We aim to foster increased participation in campus events, clubs, and organizations, showcasing the leadership and spirit of our members beyond our chapter walls. Achieving these objectives will not only propel our chapter but will also reinforce our collective impact within the broader university community. We aim to carry this momentum forward into the upcoming semester, staying true to our values, supporting one another, and making a positive impact on our community.
