O
nce again, Beta Upsilon had a strong showing at the annual Giving Day
Challenge to support the Beta Leadership Fund. Giving Day overall was
a huge success, raising over $467,000. Our Chapter was a big contributor,
finishing third among small schools in donor count and first among small
schools in total dollars contributed.
We were punching above our weight at seventh overall in donor count and
third in total dollars contributed. Alumni support was critical to this showing
and for raising money to support Beta Chapters, including Beta Upsilon.
Thanks again to Ken Bryan '88 for spearheading our efforts.
The Beta Leadership Fund, Beta Foundation's annual fund, supports
scholarships, volunteer training, and leadership program attendance as part of
our annual support of leadership training for students. Raising these funds is
critical to us achieving our goals.
We look forward to your support in the next Giving Day Challenge in spring 2024!
