Each department will host office
hours once a week to allow
members of the chapter to freely
voice their opinions and be heard
while respecting the time of the
chapter during MNM.
Make members feel included in
chapter decisions by sending out
feedback forms before making
decisions, utilizing a PC town hall
once a semester to hear new
ideas, and taking an extra minute
to explain the why behind a
decision at MNM.
