W
ords cannot express how proud I am of everything
our chapter has accomplished over this past
year. Despite facing some historic and heart-wrenching
challenges—such as the passing of our dear brother
Zach Massey '24 and the Michigan State shooting in
February—this chapter has risen above and proven the
strength of our brotherhood.
Whether it be working hard with our alumni to update
and refurbish our new chapter house on 330 N. Harrison,
maintaining a chapter GPA of 3.46, or carrying out numerous
philanthropic efforts with Haven House, the Wounded
Warrior Project, and the Park Community Garden House,
Gamma Psi has persevered through one of the most difficult
years we have ever faced—and remained victorious.
Our Vice President of Recruitment, Nolan Parks '24, and
Recruitment Chairmen, Brock Mason '25 and Oliver
Nordenfelt '26, have been working hard all summer
to ensure a successful fall recruitment. We are proud
of all we have endured and accomplished through their
guidance, and we hope to take our efforts and good works
in the community even further this upcoming school year!
I always tell my brothers that if every single one of us is
firing on all cylinders and working as hard as we can, we
will succeed in every aspect—as a brotherhood and as a
force to be reckoned with on campus.
That said, we brothers are always in need of support,
whether in the form of monetary donations to the chapter,
networking outreach, or even donations of physical items
(like furniture) that could be used in the new chapter house!
If you would like to learn more about how to help Gamma
Psi, or simply want to learn more about the active chapter,
don't hesitate to reach out to me. Our doors are always
open, and I always look forward to connecting with Betas
who have paved the way for our success.
Yours in -kai-,
