Karen McDonough Myears '76 is happy at
home. She has four kids and seven grandkids.
Her son, Walker, has two sets of twins 10
months apart: three girls and a boy! Hillary has
two boys and Melanie has one boy. Samantha
is following in Don's footsteps and starting
a cardiology fellowship. Karen resides in

Sally Tippett Rains '76 works with her
husband at STL Sports Page, an online news
outlet that covers the St. Louis Cardinals. They
also volunteer their time running Rainbows for
Kids, a charity for families of children with
cancer. She lives in Saint Louis, Mo.

Kim A. Meredith '81 resides in West Palm
Beach, Fla., and is a professional organizer for
homes, businesses, and individuals. She makes
shell art and sells photography greeting cards.

Cheryl Mohler Kinney '82 started a private
therapy practice in 2020 when she lost her job
due to COVID. She also launched a program for
individuals with mild to moderate memory loss
called Memory Keepers LLC. In 2023, she will
be launching a Memory Keepers subscription
program so others can deliver this service.

Mandi Nakata '93 and her husband bought a
recruiting business in hospitality and medical

Jori Jones Robinson '95 has been in the Air
Force for almost 24 years. She is currently a
1-star general (brigadier general). She is also an
intelligence and cyberspace operations officer. She
has been married for 21 years to Brett Robinson.
They have three boys: Kiernan (17), Gray (15),
and Roarke (10). Jori lives in Millersville, Md.,

Hayley Besheer Santell '06 lives in Kansas
City, Mo., with her husband of six years and
their two pets. Just after college in 2012,
she started a business called MADI Apparel.
They have a flagship store in the KC Westside
neighborhood and recently opened a display in
the new KCI airport. Hayley still goes on an
annual vacation with her KD besties!
