or Beta of Clovia to represent our long history while providing a modern and welcoming experience at the U, we intend
to bring in experts to support the development of a vision and design to build a new home. We hope to ensure our home
on Carter Avenue retains our strong traditions and maintains the architectural style of the neighborhood while providing
expanded spaces and updated functions to support the current and future excellence of our members.

• Space for 26 active members to live in the facility,
including 14 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms throughout
the house.
• Study spaces of varying sizes to accommodate group
and individualized academic needs.
• Two meeting spaces to accommodate a smaller
leadership group and large chapter meeting for up to 60
women to gather.
• Formal dining space that can be shared, or a dedicated
space to accommodate chapter events and gatherings.
• On-site laundry facilities.
• High-speed internet access throughout the entire
footprint of the facility.
• ADA accessibility and all necessary safety measures to
ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
