WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY SUMMER 2023 Updates from Washington Alpha W e hope this issue of The Washington Alpha finds you in good spirits. You'll find updates on the Chapter House, undergraduates, and exciting events, including Homecoming and Apple Cup. Homecoming is just around the corner, and it's a perfect time to reconnect with fellow alumni and celebrate our shared experiences. Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 14, as our Cougars take on Arizona in an epic football showdown. Join us in Pullman for a memorable weekend filled with nostalgia and camaraderie. Don't miss the alumni gathering at the house in the morning and the pre- game festivities near the stadium. If you haven't visited the house recently, you're in for a treat! Thanks to the incredible support from our alumni, the house has undergone impressive renovations. These infrastructure improvements have transformed our home into a warm and welcoming space for our collegians, maintaining the unmistakable character that generations of alumni remember. Homecoming weekend is the perfect opportunity to walk the halls again and witness the remarkable changes firsthand. Martin Stadium has a few new upgrades to show off, too. In addition to Homecoming, mark November 25 for the Apple Cup, where our Cougars face off against our archrivals, the Washington Huskies, in Seattle. This legendary rivalry game is a great opportunity for us to come together, show our Cougar pride, and cheer our team to victory. Stay tuned for details on an alumni gathering for this highly anticipated game. Before we wrap up, let's take a moment to acknowledge the incredible achievements of our current undergraduate members. They continue to carry the torch of our Fraternity with passion and dedication, excelling academically, taking on leadership roles, and making a positive impact in the community. We couldn't be prouder of their accomplishments. Stay connected by joining our private Facebook group, "Sigma Phi Epsilon – WA Alpha Alumni," and following @sigepwsu on social media.
