2 parts whiskey
1 part demerara syrup
3 parts fresh carrot orange turmeric juice
Spring of rosemary for garnish
To craft e Cottontail, add the ingredients above into a
shaker with ice. Shake and then strain over a coupe glass.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary
T H E R E C I P E
1.5-ounce tequila blanco
3/4 ounce guava puree
3/4 ounce lime juice
2 dashes of plum bitters
2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
Garnished with lime peel & Luxardo cherry
Combine the ingredients above in a shaker.
Shake and then strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled
with ice. Top it off with sparkling soda water.
Garnish with a lime peel and Luxardo cherry.
