Owner Dinah Goodman talks over upbeat music, saying, "When I say, 'Last set', you say, 'Best set.'" After 30 minutes of guided High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), she encourages exercisers with, "Now you know what your potential is for your body." Owners David and Dinah Goodman opened the gym in 2019. David retired after 22 years in the Army as an air traffic controller, and Dinah served in the Army in administration and counterintelligence. She then joined the Navy and retired after 20 years, serving with the Seabees and as an instructor/facilitator. Both of their fathers served in the Army. During their time in the military, the couple enjoyed playing multiple sports. It was only natural that they would open a gym and fitness studio to help others. HIIT circuit training involves muscle and cardio work. Workouts are changed daily so clients don't plateau in their health goals. Because Dinah is also a nutritionist, she can help clients combine proper diet and the HIIT method, and she has seen multiple people lose substantial weight. Client Kerstin Luchau said she loves the upbeat environment, employees, and workouts. "I can be in and out and be done. I follow their program, and it works." Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ Crave Hot Dogs & Barbecue, owned by Eddie and Carol Womack, is a restaurant that celebrates their military background and supports veterans and military families. Eddie, a retired first sergeant in the 82nd Airborne Division, served in the Army for 26 years, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Their son is currently serving in the Army, continuing the family's legacy of service. Crave offers a diverse hot dog menu with unique creations based on customer feedback. The BBQ menu includes classic favorites like pulled chicken, pulled pork, and smoked brisket. With a self-pour beer wall, ax-throwing games, and a family-friendly environment, there's something for everyone at Crave. 2727 Freedom Parkway Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28314
