Bring value to our members' experiences.
We plan to continue to implement more
programs that help strengthen the bond
between our members, including hosting a
StrengthsFinder class and additional education
workshops on DEI and college safety. We also
hope to invite alumnae to the house to share
their career paths with our sisters.
Encourage the sue of our members.
We strive to motivate our members to become
the best versions of themselves. To do this, we
plan to emphasize the importance of a school/
life balance and help our members achieve it.
We encourage our sisters to become support
systems for each other through challenges but
also motivate one another to chase after their
goals and opportunities.

Throughout the pandemic, we struggled with
this; since then, it has been hard to get our
chapter back to what it once was. Now that
we're off probation and have adjusted to a
new normal, we want to focus on holding our
sisters accountable for their roles as members.
