This family of four wanted to get the
most from their outdoor space by adding a
screened porch where they could relax,
entertain, and enjoy the view of the patio
and pool. The screened addition
complements the home's French-style
architecture with full-height screens,
sliding doors, and a beam-and-shiplap
ceiling. A functional outdoor kitchen
complete with beverage bar, mini-fridges,
seating, and separate dining space makes
a perfect backyard oasis.

This 1800s brick home needed a front
porch remodel to salvage the space and
bring it back to its original intent. During
extensive research on the home's original
design, details from the first porch were
uncovered and incorporated, honoring
the home's long history.
