This small powder room, located in a
very busy part of the home, off the
mudroom and on the way out the door
adjacent to the kitchen, received some
special attention. By replacing an old
pedestal sink, the bathroom was
transformed into a feminine farmhouse-
style lavatory that reflected the client's
younger daughter's personality. Playing on
whimsical and geometric patterns, along
with fun lighting and colors, this isn't your
ordinary lake-house powder room!

Working within a tight budget and tight space, a
little ingenuity helped this bathroom remodel better
reflect the homeowner's style and desire for a spa-
like atmosphere. Removing the tub and installing
a roomier shower along with updated double
sinks helped check-off the owner's wish list for
privacy, a better layout, and a therapeutic
showering experience, resulting in an Instagram-
worthy primary bathroom with loads of
sophistication and an Art Deco influence.
