Our new- ly elected executive board has worked tirelessly to lead the chapter with excellence, and we are proud to report that the Gamma Gamma chapter is strong, and we know we have areas that need improve- ment. With 17 men initiated into the chapter this year, including 15 freshmen and 2 sophomores, we have successfully grown our membership while also improving our pledge education program. Thanks to the efforts of Brothers Lukas Jones and Shawn Troike, we began to revise our program to ensure a sustainable future for the chapter, and we are pleased to report that we lost no men to non- academic reasons during pledgeship. We are also excited to announce that we have seen a significant increase in student activity leadership within our chapter. Many of our members are lead- ing sports teams, student clubs, honors societies, and the interfraternity council executive board. This success is a testament to our dedication to developing well-rounded leaders who make a posi- tive impact on our community. Our newly renovated facility has been a tremendous quality of life improvement for our brothers, and we have used it as a tool to attract men of the highest caliber. Improvements are con- tinuing on the house, including the installation of an irrigation system, new facia, and fire-rated doors. We are dedicated to maintaining and im- proving our amazing facility to provide the best experience for our members. We recognize that one of our continuing challenges is the revision of our Pledge Education program. We are diligently working to fine-tune the process to ensure a long-lasting impactful membership education experience and looking forward to im- plement that this fall. Due to 100% annual turnover of chapter officers, transitioning and transferring knowledge is critical to chapter operations. With the help of the Board of Trustees, we have created a mentorship program that ensures the smooth transition of executive board members, created playbooks for each execu- tive officer, and launched a significant by-law revision. Gamma Gamma is also committed to positively impacting our community. We held our annual Big Brothers Big Sisters Christmas party, providing gifts and food to local children, and launched a "Big Brother for a Day" program for children on the waitlist to find their permanent match. As we face the challenges that come with being a fraternity in today's world, we are highly confident in our ability to navigate through any obstacle. We are dedicated to collaborating with one another to generate creative ideas and overcome challenges. The Gamma Gamma chapter is proud to bind men together and train leaders for the elevation of man. Love and Respect, Andrew Tufto '24, President Back Row Left to Right: Swicord, Meier, Blackburn, Tufto, Sofineti, Cooperman, Griffin Front Row Left to Right: Forche, Almaraz, Kyser, Saha, Brown, Schuld
