The project team is capable and ready to give their immediate attention to these replacements and renovations. Our house is owned, maintained, and operated by Kappa Chapter; Theta nationals does not contribute to maintenance of our local chapter house in any way. Since 1960, updates to the house have been self-funded, without alumnae support from a capital campaign. Needed Repairs and Renovations Summer 2024 $2,250,000 • Bathrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors • Powder room ADA compliant • Hot water recirculation pump and loop • Replace chiller and water heater • West side drain system • Replace three exterior doors Summer 2025 $2,000,000 • 2nd floor sleep/study rooms, including new beds, wardrobes, vanities, and work surfaces • Corridor renovations, including mechanical, electrical, and fire/ sprinkler system updates • Create a 2nd floor study lounge • New concealed heating and cooling replacing existing fan coil and radiator units • Reconstruct stone masonry patio walls and rework patio drainage system • Purchase matching materials for 3rd floor renovation Summer 2026 $1,000,000 • 3rd floor sleep/study rooms, including new beds, wardrobes, vanities, and work surfaces • Corridor renovations, including mechanical, electrical, and fire/ sprinkler system updates • Replace 1st floor and basement radiator and fan coil units • Fire alarm and sprinkler system upgrades for 1st floor/basement
