Beydler, Managing Member & Designated Broker of VOTS Real Estate, announced today that his firm has retained the profes- sional real estate services of Stephen W. Kunisch, a Lake Havasu City resident since 2004, as a Realtor. Mr. Kunisch, who is a Member of the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, has been an Arizona Licensed Realtor since 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Kunisch was an Arizona Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. He owned Havasu Audio Video, LLC from 2006-16 and was Vice-President of Technical Ser- vices for Satellite Relay, Inc. in Carlsbad, CA from 1997 to 2005 where he managed the largest DirecTV installation company on the west coast. This event will feature the work of water colorist and urban sketcher Michael Feather. Writers, musicians, dancers, comics and spoken-word artists of all types are welcome. Any four-to six-minute performance suit- able for presentation in front of a live audience is welcome. However, pre- registration is recommended as performance slots are limited. The intent is to create a relaxing performance space for artists from the college and community to gather and enjoy one another's work. The event is intended for participants and spectators 14 years of age and older. While Arizona Western College encourages freedom of expression in ar- tistic matters, we ask that participants refrain from gratuitous references to violence or slurs based on race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.
