that includes a brick front with columns and a full basement
on the lower level.
The expected capacity would be 15-20 men, each with their
own single room.
OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE:
• Shared bathrooms for live-in members.
• Alumni room to display memorabilia and awards.
• Air conditioning and gas forced-air heating throughout.
• Large common area.
• Kitchen designed to provide meal service to all in-house
and out-of-house members.
• Engineering lab space for class projects/study rooms.
• Parking lot behind the house.
Our vision is to ensure the chapter remains relevant and
competitive on campus; this house will help provide the
necessary tools and resources, especially by increasing the
number of live-in members.

PROPOSED SOURCES OF FUNDING:
• Pi Kappa Phi Properties believes in this project's success
and is planning to provide direct financial support
of $500,000.
• Alumni must fundraise the remaining $500,000.
