efore the start of Gamma Lambda, we were established as
Phi Beta Iota in 1965. These roots and our brotherhood
helped us grow into Gamma Lambda by becoming a member of
Pi Kappa Phi in 1968. Our legacy of Phi Beta Iota is still shared
today and remains a part of our identity and brotherhood.
Pi Kappa Phi is a first-class fraternity whose members believe
firmly in the tenets of Character, Leadership, Academics,
Sportsmanship, and Service. For 55 years, our chapter has
been committed and dedicated to living out the Pi Kappa Phi
values in Rolla. We act with kindness, humility, and compassion
toward everyone in our brotherhood.
We have a unique opportunity in front of us to rebuild
our presence on campus and make our brotherhood even
stronger. Gamma Lambda has always stayed true to its roots
while Pi Kappa Phi has as a national organization. Now is the
time to develop the next generation of Gamma Lambdas who
will not only push themselves as leaders, but also push the
entire brotherhood to establish security for the next 55 years.
