The Indian Museum is located on an archeological dig site that
contains a collection of copper implements, chipped stone tools,
pottery and other artifacts dating back to 800 B.C. Trace the lives
and times of the original culture inhabiting the area. Fish the natural
freshwater springs that once provided the Native America's fresh
water and are now full of farm-raised Brook Trout and Rainbow
Trout. Please call ahead for hours of operation before visiting
Henschel's Indian Museum and Trout Farm.

motorcycles showcased by passionate, nostalgic and knowledgeable
staff. The Throttlestop is a one-of-a-kind Dealership and Museum
featuring a rotating collection of 200 historic motorcycles, 75 collector
cars, and robust engines. The decade-spanning collection is full
of vintage, rare, limited, and restored vehicles. Visit the museum
Thursday through Saturday, May through October.
Wade House Historic Site

Travel in style as you explore Wisconsin's largest collection of
carriages and wagons at the Wade House. The highlights of this
historic site are the restored Wade House, an 1850s nationally-
landmarked stagecoach inn whose 27 rooms come to life through
costumed guided tours and the Wesley W. Jung Carriage Museum,
a state-of-the-art facility with a collection of nearly 100 horse and
hand-draw vehicles. The modern, state-of-the-art, 20,000 square-
foot carriage museum features carriages and vehicles that span
from 1870 to 1915 and interactive exhibits highlighting their history.
Plan on taking up to an hour and a half to explore the history that
is packed within the Carriage Museum. Take a journey through
time on the Wade House grounds with the Herrling Sawmill, an
authentic replica of an 1860s water-powered sawmill, the Dockstader
blacksmith shop and horse-drawn wagon rides. There is also a gift
store with hand-made Wisconsin products located in the visitor

operation before visiting the Wade House.
