he House Corporation has engaged the professional
services of Clark, Geer, Latham, and Associates
Architects to develop the redesign of our home. The
architect has been instructed to place special emphasis on
the use of practical and durable building materials, finishes,
and fixtures in all areas. The aim is a better-functioning
fraternity house that will withstand heavy use over many
years. Specific changes to the house include:
BASEMENT
Removal of storage areas around perimeter of
chapter room to expand seating capacity.
Reconfigure egress access to basement from back
parking lot.
New roll-up service and concession area.
