work together so well in a busy restaurant
atmosphere. Benny shares, "Now we work
together as a couple and it's fun to serve the
people. When the boss is happy – the workers
are happy! is restaurant is our baby; it's
what we do for fun. Sometimes I even surprise
myself how good this investment has been for
our family!" When asked if the kids would keep
it going aer them, the Dedushaj's were quick
to acknowledge their children's own right to
choose their life career, and mentioned they'd
likely be the last generation of restaurateurs
for it. And even though busy, the family
always makes time for each other, going to the
beach, visiting family in Texas and attending
Arlind's jiu jitsu matches and Liona's gymnastic
competitions.
"What I appreciate he most about owning
Pastafina is the quality of people we have
here in this area. Our customers are of such
high education, and manners – such quality
people," Benny states. Bona agrees, "It feels like
we have guests at our house every night! We
like keeping this small." Benny shares further,
"I've had all kinds of restaurants in my life. I
wouldn't change any of this or sell this place
for any price. It's less about the money we
make; it's really about how you feel running
the business. is just feels right. is is about
family, just family."
