ALPHA DELTA'S FUTURE
W
e recognize this major project was done before alumnae were asked to donate. The Alpha Delta
House Corporation and Chapter believed the updates could not wait and acted quickly in 2021,
setting this plan in motion. If we had not executed the project as we did, we would be at least two years
away from a final product, setting the Chapter back significantly among the competition on campus.
Since construction is complete, Alpha Delta Chapter has been actively working to retire the debt from the
$3.7 million project. As we look to the future, our goal is simple: We want to lower the annual debt cost to
ensure the House Corporation remains viable and the Chapter is financially stable.
