Climatic home products will open a new warehouse in central Alabama to distribute appliances and furniture to independent dealers throughout the Southeast . The Climatic Corporation, a distributor of appliances, HVAC equipment and supplies in the southeastern United States has entered into an agreement to purchase certain assets of SADCO Inc. a 75-year-old distributor of Crosley Appliances and several furniture and mattress brands. "It gives me great pleasure to announce Climatic/CHP has agreed to purchase certain assets of SADCO Inc. This acquisition will give us Crosley distribution rights in Alabama and will launch CHP in the furniture and mattress business.
