Virtue - Diligence - Brotherly Love
Missouri Lt Governor Mike Kehoe '19 is a Mo
Gamma Renaissance Brother. Each year he
holds the Claybird Shoot at C-Bar-K Ranch in
Jerome, Mo, 20 minutes from Rolla. It's a work-
ing cattle farm on the Gasconade River.
A group of SigEps from Mo Gamma and Mo
Alpha participated and took aim at the flying clay
in October. There were no injuries.

Thanks for the ongoing news from
MO Gamma. Congrats on 75 suc-
cessful years!
The story I remember was that back
in 1969 (ancient history, right?), The
officers determined, along with our
financial advisor at the time, that we
needed to pledge 25 guys in the fall
of '69 in order to secure a loan to
build a new house, thus replacing
what seemed like about a 100-year-
old house, along with the annex next
door, we were all crammed into at
the time.
I was rush chairman for the KC area
that summer, and either the late
Steve Wieckens '71 or Bob Barrett
'69 was coordinating the rush in St.
Louis. I believe we were able to
pledge 13 guys from KC; and they
came up with 13-14 from St. Lou-
is - and rest is history. I graduated
(barely) in January of 1970, so I
never got to live in the new house,
although I have seen it a few times over the years. That
was probably my major contribution to MO Gamma. It's
only gotten bigger and better since, so enjoy the good life
there and keep up the great work in academic, sports, and
community betterment work there. It was one of the best
experiences of my life.
