Our Plan to Enhance and Restore the House
Recreate the original
wooden staircase
and grand entryway.
Refurbish the first
floor and dining
room, replacing
the old, decorative,
coffered ceiling
and reinstalling
the wooden dining
room doors.
Bring back to
classic form the
living room, piano
room, and alcove
with refurbishment
of the magnificent
fireplace and
cabinetry.
Upgrade the kitchen
and replace all
existing equipment.
Rebuild the
front porch to
original condition,
enhancing the
location of some
of our fondest
memories at
Delta Upsilon.
