THE NEXT CHAPTER FOR THE XI
T
o ensure the future success of the Xi Chapter, we must
endow the facility to cover deferred maintenance
costs. While we have shaped the way our space can be
cohabitated, we must update our facility to attract quality
men and women. The Xi Chapter's William C. Kerr
Leadership and Historic Preservation Society Corporation
is developing a plan for the future. This plan will address
the current issues that are afflicting the structure and ensure
long-term viability of the Xi Chapter.
Several joints need repointing, masonry needs cleaning,
and light chains need reattached.
Paint peeling and plaster deterioration in room B5.
Mortar is missing and requires repointing.
Mortar missing in brick vertical joints and arch end.
HVAC upgrades are needed. Water intrusion from Pebble Beach.
