The original Country Time Meat Shoppe opened in Fayetteville in the 1980s. In 1997, Richard made it his own family business, renaming it Richard's Country Meat Market. Quality and variety The large glass cases here display a truly impressive selection. There are endless varieties of Italian sausage, bratwurst, thick-sliced bacon and more… all ready to turn into one-of-a-kind meals. There's no comparison when it comes to the quality you'll find at Richard's. Instead of shrink-wrapped packages, you get fresh, high quality meat, cut to order, raised ethically, and often sourced locally. Meal planning made simple "We've been selling a lot of our freezer bundles because people want to load up," says Richard. "We have five different bundles to chose from: Variety Bundle, Steak Bundle, Smoker Bundle, Deluxe Bundle and Richard's special, plus 20-lb. and 40-lb. frozen packs of ground beef." The prices for the bundles vary week to week, and it's a great way to have top quality meat on hand for all your culinary creations.
