Rollins is an important part of our
history. Every single brick, tile,
and nail represents another young
woman's life that is impacted by
Epsilon Iota. As other organizations
undergo housing updates, it warms my
heart to consider future generations will walk the same
halls we did, in an updated KD home they can be proud
of. Giving back to them in this very tangible way renews
my pride in Kappa Delta at MU. I'm honored to be part

Complete rear addition with code-compliant fire
staircase, ADA elevator, entry foyer, and storage/
mechanical room.

Add new staircase to replace existing one with small
layout modifications to accommodate the change.

Renovate restroom to meet ADA requirements.

Add new flooring and updated interior LED
lighting throughout.

Replace heating and cooling, plumbing, and
electrical systems to accommodate the volume/
size of the house and address safety issues.

Address mandatory life-safety issues with fire
sprinklers and doors, and full compliance with
