Bull Shoals Caverns Mystic Caverns 341 Caverns Drive, Harrison, AR 72601 (888) 743-1739 Mystic Cavern was originally called Mansion Cave because of the large calcite formations that fill the incredible underground chamber. One of the most spectacular calcite formations is the "Pipe Organ" standing 30 feet tall and 12 feet thick. Tours started prior to 1948 in Mystic Cavern. Crystal Dome's entrance is only 400 feet from Mystic, and was was discovered in 1967 when a piece of heavy equipment broke through the surface into the void. It was first opened to the public in 1982, and this cavern features a dome nearly 70 feet tall, the fantastic "Crystal Bell", and other dripstone formations made with pure white calcite!
