or Texas Eta to remain competitive and provide
a safe and up-to-date experience at our home in
College Station, we intend to retain experts to support
the development of a design for a major renovation
project. We hope to ensure our home on Munson Avenue
represents our 40-year history while providing expanded
chapter spaces and updated technology to support the
current and future excellence of our members.
TOP PRIORITIES
• Consider expanding to optimize downstairs spaces such
as the porte-cochere, chapter room, executive office
and patio to accommodate our growing chapter.
• Upgrade finishes, furnishings, flooring and accessories
throughout the facility.
• Improve safety and technology by providing TVs,
ethernet connections and charging stations.
